alt-key software package provides tool to help developers improve keyboard accelerators, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install alt-key
alt-key is installed in your system.
Make ensure the alt-key package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep alt-key *
You will get with alt-key package name, version, architecture and description in a table
